This Windsor Chelsea Chintz Spring teapot is decorated with rich gold pinstripe accents on the rim and base.
Teapot is adorned with floral chintz pattern in hues of yellow, green, blue and violet flowers in a white background.
No chips/stains/gold loss.
Some markings on exterior base from resting on surface.
Beautiful vintage pre owned condition.

This is a vintage Chintz Country French style divided serving dish platter divided into 4 parts with a big apple and green leaves in the center as a handle. The edges are scalloped and turned down slightly like a pie. The chintz flowers are the result of the transferware process. As usual in this method there are small areas that tend to be blurred. It is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks or repairs and only the normal crazing inherent in these ceramic pieces. Also, minor rubbing from storage. see photos. The background is yelloware. It measures approx 10” diameter and 2 3/4” tall including apple. It is marked “Made in Japan” and I believe was made in the mid century around the 1950s.
