This is the VHTF Vintage Pink Raffia Hat to to 8" Betsy McCall outfit, Sunday Best #332. It was made by American Character in the 1950s and this VHTF hat is in beautiful near mint condition, it really doesn't appear to have been played with at all. There are no stains, rips or tears and the color is not faded anywhere. If you're looking for this to complete your outfit, you'll be very pleased when you see this one. Both baretts. Her dress is perfect. Her perfect red hat has black elastic band/chin strap. black shes are perfect. red tights that the elastic at top needs new elastic and I have elastic to hold them up. No runs, or holes on the tights. Some pinkish/reddish color on her torso and top of legs maybe from the tights? I have not tried any stain remover and leave that to you if you want. .
