You are
bidding on a vintage Betsy McCall outfit B42 Town and Country. It consists of matching
black and white checked cotton dress and coat. The coat has a black felt collar,
front button closure, red cotton lining, and on the back a black waist trim with two
buttons, both intact. The dress has a white bodice with red trim and one intact
button. There is also a black tam. All seams are secure and the elastic on tam and panties is tight. I have completed the outfit with red taffeta
panties, stockings and black shoes (the buttons and closure are intact.)
I am happy to combine shipping for
multiple purchases and will send an adjusted invoice.
This comes
from the smoke free home of a doll collector and was never displayed. I have
described it to the best of my ability and it is sold “as is.”

This outfit came in two lengths.
This dress is the longer length.
She has a beautiful fair complexion and the crotch and knees have no splits or cracks.
The dress and panties are in crisp unplayed with condition
She has the harder to find doll with longer hair
Her eyes do need help opening and closing.
Original head and arm bands. Arm band has stretched some.
I believe the socks may be a replacement
The hat is available in another auction.
