Return Policy
No replacement tubs will be shipped to a Customer due to a defective tub or other warranty issues until at such time the defective tub is returned to the Shipper. Once we receive the defective tub back your (1) Warranty Tub replacement will be shipped.
The Customer is responsible for making sure they retain the box the tub was shipped in as well as the shipping materials used to package your tub for return shipment if so needed. Please do not throw these materials away until such time that the tub has been checked for damage, installed and tested. Even though we cover the cost for the return shipping on a defective tub, the Customer is liable for the condition of the tub being returned and could be charged for the defective tub as well as the replacement tub if the tub is damaged in shipment due to improper packaging of the returned tub. IMPORTANT NOTE
: Please provide a valid daytime phone number when placing order. This will be the phone number that the trucking company contacts you through in order to schedule a time and date to deliver your shipment. If the trucking company is unable to reach you they will not deliver your shipment. Any delays in providing a valid phone number or failure to be reached by the trucking company will result in a later delivery date.
Please inspect all shipments at time of delivery, any damages should be brought to the seller's attention within 7 business days in order to determine if it was damaged in transit. All damages reported will require photos.
Any damages reported after 7 business days after will no longer be honored by the seller.
Return Policy
All orders come with a 30 day money back return period. Please submit a return request via email or phone and a customer service agent will schedule the shipment. The seller will not pay for return shipping, this will be taken out of the customer's refund. The seller will provide the buyer with shipping labels and return BOLs. If the buyer ships the order themselves, they will not be reimbursed unless otherwise stated by a customer service agent.
All returns must be in their original packaging and free of damages. Any products that have been installed or assembled will no longer be available for return.
All returns will be inspected prior to credit approval. The inspection period last 1-2 business days after the order has been received by the seller. Upon passing inspection the buyer will receive their credit.
Limited Warranty
Warranty terms are five (5) years on the tub shell and two (2) years on the whirlpool jet system. The Carver Tubs warranty covers the unit and factory installed components (pump, motor) against defects in material or workmanship. Warranty coverage begins on original purchase date. Warranty coverage is valid for one (1) replacement tub shell only. Replacement warranty on original tub shell, which excludes labor or installation, "tub shell only", can be used one (1) time from original purchased date. If product is purchased and installed improperly, or decking for a drop in tub, is not followed by the manufacturer specifications sheet, which is provided, the product will not be covered under warranty. Failure to follow recommended deck height or cut out on specifications for tub purchased will void warranty.
