There are no knee cracks or crotch split.
Her body is clean, with no stains or separations.
She wears her original panties and original white shoes (left shoe knob is missing).
Her sheer nightie may not be original but it fits her well.
Her head is secure and eyes open and close freely.
Her legs are swingy, and she will need a stand for display.

Listed here is a vintage 8" American Character Betsy McCall doll in original outfit made in 1959. She is in excellent condition with original clothes, blue sleep eyes, brown hair in original set, original barrettes, jointed knees, molded eyelashes, rooted saran wig, and rosy cheeks.
She is wearing a dress with a red and green cotton plaid dress with a white collar and cuffs, a green suede vest with 2 silver buttons, red tights, and white plastic Mary Jane shoes.
Her stringing is a little loose.
